After I got sacked my first time around with Lucena, I decided to have another go with the team in a new save. Losing Tur from a few pages back in this thread is still really disappointing, but this kid is a great consolation gift. His technical and physical attributes aren't as good, but his mentals blow Tur out of the water. He's already better than my current DLP and I'm excited to see the difference between an intelligent player (Heredia) and a skilled one (Tur). Tur was absolutely sick come game time!

If anyone wants to start out as a bottom league team, you should definitely check out Lucena because I'm 2 for 2 with their youth intake. Just remember to upgrade your youth coaching before the team's funds run out (they most definitely will during the first season).

Edit: I'm going to nickname him "The Professor." (H)

Strength will develop naturally, i find it's low in all but the exceptional regens. Jumping will just need a bit of focus. But i reckon he's gonna be immense. I will post again a few years down the line when i've worked my magic..

Luckily he was on my players search screen when i filtered it. I hardly ever bother manually searching through Asia either
 
Is there any face packs on the internet for regens? I can't find any after looking for a while. I've seen some different looking regens on here so there has to be one.

sortitoutsi has a regen face pack that replaces the regen faces with NFL/NHL/NBA players

yes mate i downloaded a hair pack a while ago but i now cant find where i got it from. That probably why u'll notice mine and some other looking different id guess
 
This guy just came in.. he's got 4* rating and i'm playing with barcelona, so that's saying a lot. He's dubbed as new Fernando Hierro, and i don't even know who that guy is, haven't been following football long enough. :D

What do you guys think about him? Also what should i focus on training him?

Bought this guy when i managed Tottenham at 21 years of age for £18M, developed him until last season when he was 24. Now 25 he is probably the best player on my save stat wise
