yes, I would doubt it myself if someone else got him and I never seen a regen that good myself :p I always score much goals with my tactic so the history don't say how good he is for me :p Players like that only comes one time each save :)

he seems to be pretty all-round in terms of heading, jumping, dribbling and stuff. personally, i would just train him on quickness, make him even faster, he'll be even more beastly

EDIT: just noticed his positioning, thats where i would start. 6 is too low :O

As an attacking midfielder, his creativity needs to be higher as well as decisions.

But he looks good apart from that and the pace / natural fitness you already pointed out.

Also remember that creativity and decisions are mental attributes and will increase with age so by the time you wish to integrate him into your first team he should be a much better player, especially if you can mentor him with a more experienced member of the squad.
 
For my attacking midfielders I have Taarabt, Ross Barkley and Jonjo Shelvey really, dunno if it is worth tutoring him with them.

Cottbus want 3m for him, probably going to give him a go.
 
I found this guy as a 15 year old and posted him on here ages ago with people saying his stats were amazing for his age. I had to wait 2 years for him to turn professional with Benfica before he'd even consider a move to me (Real Madrid).

Managed him for two season, breaking him into top level football, before i left Real and this is how he looks as a 19 year old
