hhhahaah yeah it is fun! nice regens btw.
 
I got Hodgson on a free from NY Red Bulls, he now has 4 star potential, which in my time means he is going to be an absolute beast.
Karangwa looked like he would be good when he came through my academy at 14, now after a years training and some first team action he is really developing.
And have just agreed to sign Celik who looks to be a future midfield general for me

all immensely talented...i would be tempted to train Karangwa as a centre-back, he certainly seems talented enough..

I always play with a defensive midfielder, so i reckon i'll just keep him as he is. He certainly has the talent tho! Plus i've already got these 3 centre halves to focus on developing!!

Next Xavi? How should I train him? I was thinking either continue development towards a Trequartista, as pace isn't very important there, or try mould him to DLP, which do you guys think? If you think DLP, what should I focus training on :P?

Gonna be a great attacking midfielder. His pace will naturally develop (as will all his physicals) and 14 pace isnt that bad for a 17 year old! Dribbling and finishing just need polishing

haha okay.. That Russian can be seriously good in a few years' time. He's very good even now.

i think play him as an advanced playmaker...14 pace will develop into a lot more, so don't worry about that. i would train him ond dribbling and strength maybe. i am sure your coaches will also have an opinion, and if they're good enough, then listen to them...i just tend to put players on whatever individual training my coaches suggest unless they're way off.
 
Cheers for replies Sean and Malhar, I've put him on focus of dribbling and Treq training regime from Dunc's so he'll end up being my AM. I don't really trust my staff as I'm quite lowly in Ligue 1 currently and haven't got the best. Had a good few seasons though. Currently 13th in Ligue 1 after 33 games and in Final fo French Cup. Last year I win Ligue 2 and French Cup (you wouldn't believe it, but there were all L2 teams in the semis, it was a breeze! FC Martigues were in the quarters for crying out loud! xD)
 
 
That is absolutly WORLD CLASS, Question, where did you get the hairpacks from ??? Ive found a couple but i dont think they are the same as yours

Yeah i've been giving that Russian loads of playing time. Mainly due to the fact that one of my world class centre backs reckons he's achieved all he can and wants a new challenge...the ********

hahaha yeah, it is annoying when that happens. Especially when you're winning every freaking thing there is to win and they still want a new challenge. Dunderheads.
