Send him to U19 and normally train him as AM. After than some loan and then change tactic :P. He is new Hamsik.
 
Do not retrain him yet, because you will waste his potential. Play him in youth squad, send him on loan when older, and maybe you will change tactics in 5-6 years :)

cheers for the quick reply i will keep u informed on his development ! I just looked through my youth intake and found that i had another AMC which is highly rated ! I am enjoying the challenge of Borussia Monchengladbach as they are a sleeping giant just waiting to managed properly. I am going to enjoy trying to clear the club £77 million loan debts and break FC Bayern dominance in the Bundesliga

Good luck with that. I am managing Fc Bayern in my game and gladbach is high rated team. Stegen is beast!
 
yes Marc-Andre Ter Stegen is a beast hes has only conceded 18 goals in 23 games however i am not sure how long i will be able to hold on 2 him as the big clubs are starting to take an interest in him! Marco Reus has been my best player so far with 15 goals and 13 assists in 29 games. How many seasons have u played with fc bayern ? i have found that germany consistently produces good regens compared to england as most Bundesliga team have very good facilities.

Good luck mate! In my save ter Stegen was snapped up by Dortmund, so they became a really good team...i have a good AMC regen too, will post it later with some other good youngsters ;)

Gave him his first professional game in the derby against koln and made a record that may never get broken ! he should have scored aswell but missed an easy opportunity XD
 
i just wish i could get him now and not when hes 18. hopefully they have some sense and put him on individual training to improve his quickness! what do people think?
 
He will be an amazing trequartista! Has to improve his quickness and creativtiy but will be a beast. Nice.
 
goalie and the bomber look great. in fact they'r the best regens i've ever seen. dinamo is always an excellent club for regens, also in real life.

i bought the both, antos was like 300k from Teplice and Pirez was round 2 mil when he was 17 i think,
my a starting eleven is even better but not all are regens
but i had a few nice regens, like janjetovic should be a legendary playmaker,
