A lot depends on his Professionalism and Ambition though... So, if he has a low level in both, despite his high determination, he is unlikely to fulfil his potential.

but is there a way to actually compare two or more players' ambition and professionalism? apart from whats provided in their reports...you cant really compare that. determination and work rate are the two most important factors which determine whether the regens will actually fulfil their potential or not...

Sold Hazard to Barca for 20 million, which was heart-breaking..but he was 29, and i'm using a youth to gold system, so replaced him with this beast..got him from Bayern for 71 million pounds. his current ability is rated 4 stars and he's only 22 :D any suggestions on how he can become even better (if thats possible)?

Sold Sime Vrsaljko, another tough decision, but he was 28 and Madrid made a 15 million pound bid for him :) Bought this talented youngster instead as my back-up.

i recommend you download a good youth training schedule if you havent already done so. then, put him on "heavy" personal training from the personal training menu. the individual training focus should obviously be quickness. and give him some football -whether its loan, reserve team, u18s team, or first team. by the time he's 17, his attributes would all increase considerably and then you have to give him game time in the senior team. thats the only way regens reach their potential - enough game time.

Summer time came and I felt it was time for a big clear out and bring fresh blood in. Sold all 3 of my main centre backs since most of their contracts had 18 months or 24 months on them and they were asking for way too much for their current ability. Sold cosic to Besiktas for £6 million and got this beast from SK sturm Graz for only 850k. What a bargain he's gonna prove to be. 2.5star atm with 4 star potential

My next purchase was someone who I already posted before. After hearing what you guys said about his I felt it would be best if I let subotic go since he only had 12 months on his contract and was asking for £200k a week for a new one. He also is 2 star CA with 4 star potential. So I sold Subotic to AC Milan for £20 million and brought him in (fee was already agreed in january for him to join at the end of the season)

Finally I bought this guy from River for £4 million and sold loic nestor to lille for £5.5 million. This guy looks like he could be something special as well. 2.5CA with 4 star potential as well.

The future looks bright. I've trimmed my wage bill by around 190k a week and pocketed around £25 million from these new arrivals.

In the last four years, he has knocked in over 200 goals for my team. Other achievements include:
Top Goalscorer (Premier Division): 3 years in a row
English Footballer of the year: 3 years in a row
Best Player in Europe: 2 years in a row
And many more... I'll stop now :)

EDIT: Oops, added an extra screenshot by mistake. Can't figure out how to remove it, so... yeah.

For the very first season, regens don't appear except in lower league sides, even if the regen date has passed.

wow! the Aussie is still the best i reckon, and the italian guy isnt too far away. train the Argentinian on his quickness though, especially if you're playing a high line...

How do your scouts describe him? Professional? Consistent performer? I personally look for keepers who can keep a cool head in the high pressure matches, but still deliver a top quality performance when playing against a much weaker opponent. If his personality matches his stats, I would probably be willing to spend quite a lot on him. Keep an eye on his positioning, though, it's quite low.

yeah, i did notice his positioning..but it is very likely Atheltic Miniero want more than 40million pounds for him...so i decided against it..i want to build a new stadium, and im happy with my squad for now...but thanks anyway..

That would be quite a bargain. No reason to go straight for the 2.9 though - see if you can't get him for 2 :)

Oh, and good call on the keeper. You can buy a lot of stadium seats for £40M :)
