These are the best 2 players i have found in there positions. Also i have found someone saying they can find out the PA of thier regens (not 5 stars but -9 ETC) how do you do that?

won 6 champions league titles and 1 europa league with this team, 4 5 intercontinental cups and 6 europa super cups

what does your scout say, how many stars CA and how many PA did he gave him?
Not for what his value is if he only has 3 stars for recomenndation.

I've never, in all my years of playing FM, had a player score like this. In fact my former record from last year was probably nearly twenty goals off this. Yet he never scored for his original team, nor on loan and he hardly seems to be setting the world alight for Brazil either.

if your scout is right, that means he will improve most stats by 6, so you could get his composure over 16 and speed also around there somewhere with individual training
i 100% yes from me to sign him
he could be a world best advance, deeplaying forward or terquartista
but teaching him the amc position could prove usefull cuz he already averages advance playmaker support 14,5
Quick update on him a year down the line...Will post him again when he finally signs for me at 18

wow thanks for the update..as i said before, this guy is going to be an absolute monster. he's ridiculous for a 15-year old. when are you getting him? i hope not when he turns 18? and play him straight away in the first team...give him plenty of game time..i cant see how he wont become the best midfielder in the world.
My best regen on FM12. I thought my 78 goals on FM11 with my other regen wouldn't be beaten, I thought wrong.
what club did you get this guy from? and did you find him through manual scouting, or through one of your club scouts/search filters? anyway, congrats on finding him. he's INSANE!!!! and he's only 22 which means he's 5 years off his peak..wow, please upload his progress if you can..train him on finishing maybe to get it up to 20...and then maybe composure too

He was at Atletico before he joined me. I found him when looking at who the other top teams were bidding for, then saw he was joining Atletico in 2 years time, saw his stats then raged. In his first season at Atletico he broke all sorts of records, signed a new contract with a 30m release clause (he previously had 14m clause but had no interest in joining).

but you're lucky he didnt sign for a rival or anything..the most frustrating is when you have 30 scouts, all with judging potential and judging ability at 19/20 and all scouting different regions...and YET your freaking rival team ends up signing the best defender in the world :'( and then there's no chance of getting him either. it's horrendously frustrating. but again, incredible signing...Lima's going to be a legend! (he probably already is)
