go to the page that you want to take a picture of. and press Alt+F9. it will be saved automatically as a png file under documents ---> Sports Interactive ----> Football Manager 2012 ----> Screenshots.

either the brazilian or the french guy. i would definitely go with the brazilian. he has excellent determination and work rate so he is much more likely to reach his potential. as soon as you get him (if you buy him), start training him on passing, and put him on heavy individual training. and give him as much game time as possible. the only down side is that you will have to wait 2 years to get him. if they're cheap, buy both the french and the brazlian guys.

I was considering getting the Brazilian one or the french one. The Brazilian had a 1.8 mill release clause which I activated. The french one , they are asking for around 15 million which I'm not willing to spend on a 16 year old kid. But I am praising him in the media and stuff and he seemed a bit unsettled after my comments saying it would be a dream to play for me. So hopefully I can get him at a cheaper price
 
This guy made his debute in the community shield just because i wanted him to become the youngest ever player... Well after a good performance i risked him in the league and he went on to bag 20 goals in 40 games at the age of 16. Since then he's become a club captain at 22 and also became scotlands all time top goalscorer at the age of 21

I found it strange how a scottish player ended up coming through their youth academy.. but i have to say at £2m he's probably been one of my best signings on the game
 
there are always cases like that. once a guy from swaziland started at some good club (cant remember which) and he's rated 4 stars. will post a screenshot of him soon...
