just work on his composure till its even with finishing and then first touch
his decisions is also very high for his age so he might be one **** of a finisher finishing decisions and composure all over 16
stats aren't great IMO, the only top ones are free kicks/pens. if your assistant manager has 20 potential scouting then I'm sure he will be good but it'll take some work. I'd put him on conditioning and find a good tutor.
definitely work on composure.even dribbling....physical attributes will develop with age..make sure you have the right training schedule..and that he is getting game time in your youth setup.
15m or less and i will sign him, else i won't. that seems to me to be the common-sense approach. especially since i am not in desperate need of him or anything. got a couple of very good poachers already.

I found him looking through some of the big Brazilian teams youth squads after their regens appeared. I got him for about 1.5m.
Maybe the next Ronaldo(Brazilian one)?? With such a high tackling level I reckon he'll be able to pick the ball off defenders and rack up the goals. Hopefully his speed increases but he doesn't need to be quick to be successful in my system.

Looks very promising but you have to work on his pace.
Hopefully he does in Brazil, I don't get him for 3 years. I scored 28 goals or something like that off of corners last year with my strikers so he should dominate in that category.

my 2 latest youth academy products..got really high hopes for paul **** he's already played a few games and was scoring well last season
not sure how to remove the extra attached file if someone could help with that?
thought i'd post an update on this lad...now england's main striker and doing ok for them scoring a few goals..he had an average to good season last year but has started this season really well...also worth 22.5m at 19..not bad a 20m increase in price in 3 years
