Wonderful player! If you use genie scout, could you post his positional rating?

He is at his full potential, 25 years old. But why he is worth only 17m?
dont normally use genie scout but i had a look his best positional rating is 85.04 attacking mid
also found out his consistency is shockingly low
his value is still rising his reputation only just changed to worldwide

You should definitely sign him, and get him a good tutor. He's outstanding for a 14 year old player
got this youngster from my first youth intake at Havre AC. Didn't even know he was at my club until Juventus declared their interest in him 
Seems like he could be a quality player in the future..already as good as the strikers I have at my club now. any thoughts on training him in a particular way? I've decided to put him in my first team

2090 and out of nowhere, Montpellier are second in the world in terms of reputation :O Lyon have been pushed back to 6th, but France are very much dominating world football. Slovenia, incredibly, are ranked 5th in the world!
Special players amongst this lot I think are Rui Castro, who is one of the best left backs I've ever seen, and the Atletico youngster Noe de Castro, who has the potential to be one of the best strikers ever. Ceng Kilic of Arsenal and Arnold Veltman of ManUtd are also two of the best creative mids I've seen.

Played 1 match for FC Groningen and that match was against me. Saw that they were playing with a 15 year old so decided to check him out. I was very surprised and happy that he wanted to come to me (rivalary and such). Turns out he has a PA of 186 too

Just signed from Spartak Moscow for £7.5m. Got Cavani tutoring him at the moment - looks a good prospect.
not bad at all..train him on quickness and composure, they could do with some improvement
Can someone please explain to me..if you know the PA of a player, does it mean that the player will definitely be at least that good regardless of the circumstances in the game? For example, a PA of 180, will a player be at that level even if he is injured say for 5 months with a broken leg or something?
Don't think it is, Malhar. On the Genie Scout, I've seen Ongenda's PA stay at 180, but after he isn't getting games and 3 managers. his PA - when clicking show potential attributes - in 154. So I would think due to the lack of games and injuries his PA decreased.
PA can't change, CA does however. A player might be able to reach his PA of 180 before injuries and such, but if he does get injured alot and gets very little game time, then he might only get a maximum CA of 150, thus not reaching his maximum PA.
