you can either make a save where you're not the manager of a club and you just holiday to see how things turn out or just because you're interested in seeing players in the future, or regens for that matter. Some holiday while they're still playing, and that's entirely your decision..but during the duration of your holiday, your assistant manager will be in charge and it's kind of risky, stupid and pointless

Yep... Although he's so talented, you could play him anywhere and he'd still score.

Any idea what I should do with this guy? I got him cheap a couple years ago and have been loaning him out. He has the "wonderkid" label in the game and it seems like his CA/PA are really high, but his attributes don't really fit a specific role.

You could train him to be a playmaker CAM role. As he's not the quickest player, he certainly has decent mental stats, so train his passing

Dale Palmer is a fabulous striker. Train him on dribbling, first touch and technique consistently. I love players with 20 pace hehe
