Also got this guy in my youth intake. Looks pretty useful. Still find it hilarious that every year I get at least 2 Thai regens. But then I guess because Leicester have Thai owners, Thailand must instantly produce world-class regens year-on-year

wow, almost 100 years of actually playing the game. how on Earth can you not get bored? Presumably you're the richest club in the world, best manager every by a mile and all that. hope can you carry on beyond 20-30 seasons at most?

I usually always get bored when i play with different teams, but i never get bored when i play with Newcastle since FM 2009, its a lot of fun thats why i am able to play with them for this long

What age are you in game? Do you automatically retire at a certain age and have to make a new manager?

Wait, if you have to retire at a certain age and make a new manager, how can you be sure that the new manager will get the Newcastle job?
How would you develop him? & what would you concentrate him on in training?
I would give him 15-20 appearances in the senior side starting this season. He is also so amazing versatile. You can focus first on improving his passing, then maybe his tackling and things like that. He is a real gem, that's for sure.
