Benbennek looks like a good overall goalie; no real weakpoints; his eccentricity is really high tho... I hope he doesn't goof up too often.
Gomez has great physique which i find very important for backs, his mental&technical isn't exceptional attacking or defensive but good enough in both. Well-balanced. Low marking tho; try to get it up with individual training focuss.
Caldwell looks a really solid centre-back without weaknesses; Bernat lacks a bit physical but should make up for it with his great anticipation/positioning/tackling/marking.
Bacha, topclass across-the-board, fits my definition of "midfield-boss". Enough physical+workrate+defensive stats to shut opponents down, perfect passing & great creativity/anticipation/decision to set up forward plays, good longshots+technique for when the occasion arrises... Top-notch.
Gomes look decent for a LM but his technical seems so low... His speed probably makes up for his lack of dribbling, but his passing & crossing need to go up a few points to be topclass player. Individual training focuss passing/crossing as much as possible (and dribbling if he struggles to get past players but i reckon he doesn't, especially if he learns "knocks ball past opponents).
Santos i would never play as CM. He's not a midfield-boss ^^. I dont really like this guy... Great pace, sure, but that's about it. Mentally weak across-the-board, technically far from what you'd expect from a AMC (which is the only position i'd consider playing him).
All of your strikers look decent/good, none truly exceptional. It's pretty obvious what each one's strenght & weakness is; it's just a matter of deciding which system you want to play, and which one(s) would do best in that system.
