The third penalty in a shootout

Has anyone noticed that the third penalty in a shootout is stopped a disproportionate amount of times compared to other penalties? It always seems that the crucial penalty - regardless of previous penalties - is the third one, and even though I put my best taker there, he manages to miss or be saved a lot of the time.

Is this just me? I don't have any stats to back it up, just something I have noticed...

in the last 4-5 penalty shootouts all of my 1st 5 score for me, i have never noticed this, but my 7th player normally misses (this is because my Cb has taken the kick)

The last couple times my 3rd has missed, and sometimes the AI's 3rd miss.

Yes the third one in my games always gets saved the most, or misses.
