Just click on new posts above, Its basically the same thing, if not better as it displays more options.

Yeh, I always used 'New Posts' anyway, but it's good for when you're just passing by and want to see if anything interesting has been posted.

Probably not, as it just meant that people only posted on the latest 10 threads. Which was annoying as threads that went off the list would be forgotten in an instant.
