What players are best to sign on the Patch.. on the other Patch there was the likes of Rotariu, Savitskiy etc.. Now they are not available.
 
Digne and Marquinhos from PSG, i'm hearing you can get for peanuts. I'm not sure first hand as I'm still playing on the original database :)
 
You can't in the first window. PSG wanted £95m for Marquinhos and £37m for Digne.
 
I did a few test saves before starting a long term one and Digne, Marquinhos and even on one occasion Veratti came up for sale, doesn't happen in every save for sure.

Best bargains for me on the latest patch are Ould-Chikh (800k), Vallejo (1.1) and Passlack (825k) who is becoming the world's best right back! Look out for Bakkali and Fierro on frees in the January window.

On the downside Odegaard was 38m in the 2015/16 window now he's at Madrid
