Im managing The New saints in the welsh premier aand its the year 2012 and its a new experiance for me i have never managed in wales always england any tips????-

You should be crusing the league every season, and trying to get as far as you can in the Champions League/Europa League. It's going to be very tough and time consuming until you finally have a team good enough to challenge in the group stages of European competitions. Attracting players is hard as the league reputation is low and it will be down to you and how well you do in Europe to raise this reputation.

Take it from this guy it will take a lot of time and effort and be quite reptitive (strolling to the league title, tough in Europe) Read his thread you may find some helpful tips.

Smoggy - Raid the frees from the English prem and championship at the end of each season
