The WTF is this error

Hello fellow basers.

So I've been soldier on in my save for a long time, and I am now in charge of AFC Wimbeldon after leaving Chelsea, I have player about a month in game days and had sent a scout off to Ireland to try find me a player, but when the scout returns his name does not display, when i click on the filter or the message is errors, dumps. But I can still reload the save? I get the following messages.

This shows what the responded scout looks like:

Then I get these two erros, the first one states what comes up, then my football manager refuses to respond and it closes:

a crash dump error.

and shouldn't u be playing fm on 12.1.1 version, which is the latest update patch to the game.

A) How do I solve the error without not being able to carry on my saves?

B) I dont have internet connection on the computer that runs my FM, so this is the version I have.
