if u want potential try sergey kisliy, he's 17 and is pretty poor when u begin but within 3 years he is pretty gd. some players in scotland r decent and in the new patch they r really cheap. loads of player from hibs and craig gordon, andy webster and john neil from hearts and steven naismith from kilmarnock. hope tht helps u bit

why not just go to players on this forum and go to the thread good young cheap pplayers. I'm sure there'll be plenty there.

there are loads of good young players!!

heres a few u cud get for under a million: - Lynel Kitambala (Auxerre), Kevin Larsen (Lyn), Quavas Kirk (Los Angeles), Nik Besagno (Salt Lake) and Eddie Johnson (FC Dallas)!!

But there will definately a lot of good young players in the players section as Pelican said!!
