I am currently managing Blackburn. After get promoted first season by playing 4-4-2, I wanted something more defensive for my Premiership challenge. At first i started with 3-3-2-2 (3Cbs, 2WB + DM, BWM+AP,DPF + Poacher). Managed to snack incredible 4th position in my debut season on top level. I had the best defense in the league, but I was lacking attacking edge, so for my next season I've sent the DM to AMC role behind the strikers, and switched the other ap do deep lying playmaker. Won the league 2 seasons on row now (14/15 - 15/16)!! Lost the final for Europa league, and the semi-finals on CL in my first 2 years on EU scene. Hoping for better result now. My advice is always to your wing backs with attack duty, and the 2 side CBs as stoppers, and the middle one as a cover. I've set the stoppers to limited defenders, and the cover to Ball Playing CB.
