Thanks a lot for the guide.

I don't like playing the bigger sides and don't have in my plans managing ManU; but it's sure been useful to have a better idea about how to judge players.

Enjoyed reading it all. Was thinking of doing a United save, as I would like to see if I can clear the debt and would enjoy the challenge of managing such a big club.

First of all, thanks for ur effort, great guide!

I have a problem. In summer transfer window I bought Neymar for 18m€. First 10 matches he was amazing. I never played FM before, so I didnt know there are player roles in squads tactics. But then I changed his player role, and since then he didnt score. Thats about 6 months. What should I do? I played him as poacher, advanced forward, trequartista, but nothing helped. Now with Rooney injured I need a perfect finisher.

Here is my tactic.

ADLER

RAFAEL Right wing - support/attack
FERDINAND Ball playing defender/cover
SMALLING Limited defender/??? edit: (Vidic has a broken leg/6 months out)
EVRA Left wing/attack

HARGREAVES ball winning midfielder/defend???
CARRICK deep lying midfielder/support
NANI left inside forward/attack
VALENCIA right wing/attack

WITH FORWARDS I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO ???

I play 4 4 2, balanced.

advanced forward, but you need a deep lying forward alongside him (berbatov). i have a 4-4-2 that you might like. will upload in a couple of hours when i am Home
 
But when's Rooney back, what then? Rooney Complete Forward + Neymar poacher?

Hello just a slight question

In the OP you mention about buying Omar Feltosa Strength as part of the staff additions but who is this because he does not come up when i search for him?
