So, after just going through a magnificent season were I clocked up 92 points in the Premier League as Chelsea, I plan my rebuilding already, with limited money to spend as I want to keep Chelsea profitable.

Then this comes up in the messages screen, how can one team spend so much money on players :O

Has anyone else ever got our seen a budget like this?
