Seriously, there is no point playing the game. Morale has been given so much importance in the ME that you can win any game when on a hot streak and do whatever you want lose against the worst of the teams when you are in a slump.
It just goes win-win-draw-win-lose-lose-lose-draw-lose-lose-draw-win-win. This is just not realistic even if there are slumps/ streaks in real life, the effect of morale has to be brought down in the ME.
Until then this game is best played as "instant result". Personally, I am just not going to play it.
