"This save game could not be loaded"

I had started a career with Leeds, and had just been promoted to the premiership so I saved the game and turned it off, I came back a few hours later and I clicked to load my game and it said "This save game could not be loaded", I dont know why this would be. I let it save without turning the game off. I shut down Steam and then shut down my laptop.

I was running Windows 7 and playing FM10 through Steat when this happened, does anyone know any way I can play this save file again or do I need to start again?

Looks like I'm going to have to start again then, Il try the 3 rolling saves next time then , thanks for the help.

I am afraid you may have to start the game again. I had the same problem. You will just have to do it all over again. :'(

Next time try using 3-rolling-save files. It saved me on my Bristol City save
