Does anyone know what this LB turns out to be like and can he be trained up well?

I don't think that his stats improve by much. Got a scout report and they say he would be good for a League 2 side. No screenshot though of how good he gets.

I have seen him playing for Sheffield United in the Championship on an old save. He has failed everywhere else though.
