I feel the edes of the ad and rectangle on top feel a bit too sharp in the 2nd and 3rd. I don't know how to do things of that kind so I can't add an advice on how would be the easier/faster way to efficiently solve that. What ocurs to me is some use of feather edges but I'm guessing that would present with problems that could make the result look bad unless one takes ages with the tiniest details. Maybe doing some small gradient transparency around before pasting them over the rest of the shirt.

totally agree, you should have made the text white and removed the box, brought the opacity of the overlays down to about 85% ish.

just started learnin these myself.
