Three AMC, one striker formation

Hey, I play third season with Borussia and I have Pastore, Hazard, Gotze and Kagawa (great attacking midfielders). Anyone has an idea, how to put 3 of them to my first team (Pastore must be attacking midfielder, he's the best player in the game and I think attacking midfielder is his the best position)?

4-2-3-1 default formation? Then play around with the settings etc.

I tried 4-2-3-1 default formation and it doesn't work, I lost 4 of 5 matches in Bundesliga.

4-2-3-1 is the best formation for them, either put the side 2 AMCs as Att Mids or Inside Forwards, but play the middle one as a Trequistera, it helped me so much!

I tried almost all variants and nothing works! I lost now 4:1 with Arminia Bielfeld!
