Throw in problems

Basically everytime my right back goes up to take a long throw-in only my left back stays back and every game im conceding because the opposition is scoring on the counter from these, is there anything i can do other then stopping the right back from taking the throw-ins??

Ive tried that before and they still keep going up.
Its really annoying im still winning and kicking **** but does my head in that i keep conceding the same way 9 times out of 10

Maybe let your midfielder take the trow-in instead of your fullback
