Throw Ins

Just looking to see if anyone else has had this issue or is noticing it...

My team seems incapable of taking simple throw ins. The ball is either always thrown into no man's land, nowhere near to any of my players, or it is thrown towards the player but he is static which allows the opponent to sneak in ahead of him. It's happening a ridiculously frequent number of times, and often results in counter attacks for the opposition and goals.

Is this an issue for anyone else? Or are my players just daft?

Also, fwiw my throw ins are set up to go short either back up or down the line.

Yes,I also get that quite often,regardless of my throw ins setup. Very frustrating,but also happens quite often in real life.

That's been a frequent happening since ages ago. Usually solved by playing at full highlights.

Thanks for the replies folks. I've never noticed it so much in past versions of the game, but I did think it might have been partly a perception thing from playing on key highlights. Unfortunately full highlights isn't an option due to time constraints.
