I agree with you 100%. I live in Newcastle, Australia, and we here have active supporter groups, but not as big as the bigger clubs. Id like to see SI put a realistic variety to the idea you have brought up.
here in australia, our crowds are poor, but with the active groups, we have a set of supporters who stand generally only taking up one bay, other than melbourne victory and sydney fc who take up 2-3 bays. They all stand up with Tifo's/Banners/Flags, and sometimes flares.
Then, you have the Premier League, which i watch every night its on.. There you just have stands with names given to them e.g. Stretford End and all of them. Noone really stands up, but they still sing quite alot. But, they dont really have flags or anything like that.
Then we have italy/spain. They have 3 or 4 bays standing up with flags, banners, multiple flares and all that. They go wild!
Germany, Dortmund for E.G, take up a whole STAND, standing up and singing, all fans in yellow.
I hope this is something they improve, its good for the match engine! As bad as the graphics are for the Engine, i still think the crowd is way better than FIFA crowds on console. Atleast FM crowds are spot on, an A-league game will have the right amount of people representing the attendence figure!
