this is by no means a ready to go good tactic yet, i would appreciate any tweaks or whatever you feel works best

the tactic was inspired by tiki taka from kun (http://www.fm-base.co.uk/forum/share-download-fm-15-tactics/188329-truly-tiki-taka-kun-[fm15].html), i kept the defensive setup as it was, but changed the offense

this tactic obviously works with barcelona and such, so my tried in on 2. bundesliga 1860 Munich, no transfers made

and yes, this tactic works with low league teams, you just need a couple players that can actually play the given positions

no OI, training you can do whatever pleases you

but again, i want someone might take a look maybe improve the offense a little bit, or defense, or whatever you think will work better let me know

looking very good ill try it.
I think that in these sort of tactics from my experience as a big possession tiki taka fan when you improve the offense it takes you a lot of possession you need to create something very balanced.

yes thats the problem iam working on atm, seems better to just take any 3 striker tactic with average of 40% posession but shoot 50 times at the goal per game than playing tiki taka, maybe i can change that soon lol

Possession tactics are more of a contain style philosophy that doesn't look to score but defend as the main priority as to keeping hold of the ball, it would be difficult to add an high scoring style into the mix since the players will pass back and forward back and forward and never look to score them goals.

Iv'e tried this myself on my original 4-3-3 tactic with high passing rate and high possession but not a lot of goals being scored and many draws against teams, even to find the balance you will have to sacrifice some Mentality and fluid of the style

Excellent work. Probably the best I have used on 15 in regards to possession. Goal scoring isn't great, but it's defensively solid. Well done.
