Sorry to hear that lad , but it would be helpful if you elaborate a bit. Namely..What is your Team?Who are your singings? What results are you getting etc? Which season are you .. You might need a squad to accommodate the tactic in the roles and I have no certainty that a particular team you manage suits this system :) .
If you go a bit into the Details that may be helpful :)
