Time away from club

A player from columbia is asking for "time away from the club" so he can settle in the area.

I rested him for a few matches but it's not worked, should I send him out on loan? Or do I need t leave him out of the team until hes settled?

there is an option to basically allow the person to go on vacation. I had a brazilian player ask for it once and I gave it to him, he was gone for like a month and came back happy.

maybe when your in the players profile, click player communication and tell him you want to rest him for a long time
