Time to go Nesta?

Just got the game and I'm starting my first season with AC Milan and have a bit of a dialema.

R. Madrid have offered me 10million rising to 12million for Nesta. I do intend to sell him eventually however I am quite short of defensive cover and if I do sell him I only get 50% of the fee.

Is it worth taking the gamble as a potential 12million for a 33 year old is tempting or should I hang on?

By the way i have no money as a blew my budget on Dzeko as I've heard he is immense!

Nesta is very old so I would sell him and bring in someone else e.g. jorge andrade, ansladi, sakho, David luiz. Also launch a major overhaul as your squad is really old.
Have a few seasons developing and then the trophies will roll in

I have already started rebuilding my squad. I have put Oddo, Inzaghi and Abate on the transfer list joining Storari, Jankulovski and Favalli. However the only interest is from Lazio and Palermo in Oddo but only on a 'loan to buy deal' so progress is slow in that department.

Meanwhile I have stalled on R.Madrids offer for Nesta to give me some more thinking time.
