Your regens look really good, is there anything in particular that you do to make them that good?

Not really sure I want to start with an English side. I've had a look through some sides, but still can't decide. Would like someone with a decent youth system already set up but not really sure what European sides have decent youth set ups.

Ajax? One of the best youth systems!

You could try to make them a force by only buying dutch players under 18 and over 30. I did this a few months back(thanks to a great story on here I read), was great fun. Yes you may find the league easy but it is a challenge to really compete in the champions league!

As a side challenge, after a few seasons..try and get your full first team of regens regular playing time in the international team.

I've actually just started a season as AZ Alkmaar. They have 4 star facilites so it's a good basis for me to work on, there expected to finish 5th in the league, there in the Europa League and the Super Cup. I would like to try and bring through as many regens as possible, and dutch players. Just need to learn a little more about getting the most of my young players, I mean like the extra little things you can do to help them develop.

When chosing an over 30 year old to buy, what type of things do you look for?

Stick with it my friend ! I have posted a similar thread few years ago asking the same thing ! I am in year 2025 now and still going! I remember reading in ones history with Ajax that they build up a stadium and gave him the name of their legentary manager ! That is my goal ! So far I have lifted 30 trophies ! By the way has anyone see his manager character to set his retirment due to the fact that he is too old !
