EVERY time I lose, the headine is 'Tinkerer Ferguson comes unstuck' - F***ing why?! I change tactis very rarely but this seems to be the headline every time!
Probably because you changed your formation for that game? That's the only time I see it happen.. Even if you change your tactics once all season but lose that game it will probably say it. FM isn't particularly creative with it's headlines.
