I start all my games with Sunday League Experience , I assume the higher the choice, the easier it is.

You assume right. As a sunday league footballer, you will find it hard to get jobs initially and have to build up your reputation (take Jose Mourinho for example, underwent a lot of research and studied a lot of other managers and also had countless coaching roles first)... By selecting international footballer, you are essentially going to get any job you like, look at the managers in the Premiership, all have prior playing experience.

You could try stick to a style like Arsene Wenger. Don't spend more than £15m on anyone.
