home friendlies agaisnt 5 star teams, man utd, man city, barca, real madrid, chelsea, bayern, etc, etc!! usually generate £60k a friendly
 
sell the players that have the highest wages
get only free players or on loan
focus on transfering youngsters ( early 20s.. around there) because their resell value is much better than for the ones over 26-28
focus on the academy ( bring in the best kids from other clubs fast when theres a new regen intake going on) but this doesnt help on the short term
