Why at the start of the season, the moment I load up my game are my players tired?
Is this the games fault? Because I'm having to cancel friendlies because they are not match fit.
Any ideas/solutions?

( I did search but I couldnt find anything )
 
Are these friendlies straight after they return from their holidays?
Are you playing too many in a short space of time?
 
I literally load up the game and they are on 75% - 80% and Im having to rest them for a week to get them back up to match fitness.

its the close season, which means they have just come back from holiday and are severely lacking match fitness, thats why teams have a pre season
 
Pre-Season all players will come back tired. No friendlies for at least 1 week, and then play friendlies every 4-5 days to keep fitness, whilst not losing match fitness.

follow what stuw says, i have 6 friendly games, they have 3 full clear days in between and the last one is 7 clear days before the start of the season
