TNS (The New Saints) Welsh League - First season.

Alright, I started of unemployed in Britain. All British leagues in the game! I wanted to keep this as realistic as possible for me and after months and months of waiting finally found myself a job! TNS in the Welsh premier league!

People got any suggestions for me for players or tactics?

And no flaming, simply asking for a bit advice, usually dont go out the Scottish/english top leagues.

How long did you have to wait for the TNS job? Jobs in the WPL are like rocking horse poo!

Whats your budget mate? I'd check out PL/Championship teams for loans, and in the Pre-Season scout the Youth Players just released and give out lots of trials to other free-agents too!

Get Ben Mee, Gavin Hoyte, Kieran Agard all on loan get some GK called Danzelle St Louis Hamilton and Lee Trundle they all work a beast for my current team and also try Robert Milsom or Aaron Wildig loan and Donal Mcdermott I managed to get free or Matthew Lund loan.

Ask for a higher transfer budget, I started with 35K and then after asking I had 535K thats how I got these don't worry about wages as there not high. I hoped this helped.

Jesus Unzue won't join 1st season but 2nd offer him around 1.5K and a agent fee the highest possible as he makes a huge impact for TNS.
