He's '"some way off having the required potential to be as good as Aguero", i.e. he'll never be as good as Aguero.

I never really trust scouts as i think they are inconsistent as they have said player will not turn out well for me and yet they have turned out best player on my team and worth £40M+

I bet he can be better then Aguero with good tutor and training

Scouts and coaches in this game are rubbish. Just look at his stats, they are increadibad compared to agueros :< never trust scouts and coaches, they are evil! check the player you want alone or you ll miss great regens i tell you!
