Bought him to my chelsea team in my first season, he is now in my starting eleven and he is only 21 years old

I brought him to Spurs, and by 4th season he was awful :/
Never really developed at all, even with tutoring and occasional games through young years. Shows how much it varies really!

He turns out well. Very good third choice defender, but there will always be others better in his prime. Would suggest putting in him at ball winner, as I don't think he has the classic attributes to fit a typical center-back in a big side.
