Chelsea's latest £80m bid for Moises Caicedo has been rejected, as @FabrizioRomano called. Caicedo camp now considering their position. There remains a sense of disbelief that a club-record transfer sale fee hasn't been accepted, especially now #CFC have gone up to £80m.
