Alternatively you could look at it as sorting out the greedy sub-culture which is now so ingrained in the club at all levels. Christmas bonuses should not be expected as a given. Yes he is going about it in a very heavy handed manner but when a club is in ever increasing debt you sometimes have to make tough decisions. The Glazers created this mess they could have quite easily walked away with a massive profit from the other bid for the club but they preferred to keep their noses in the the trough.

Personally I feel Ratcliffe was the wrong choice (I said from the start when the deal was announced that he was a mug and the more I see the more I feel my gut reaction was right), Ineos have made a mess of Nice despite promising European football and challenging PSG now the situation is being recreated in Manchester.

Manchester United have been working on this deal for quite some time with club technical director Jason Wilcox playing a crucial role, all part of a plan from INEOS to bring in new young talent from different markets. If successful, León will then go down as a Homegrown Player.
