Man Utd distancing themselves from reports of interest in Cristian Romero. With Martinez, De Ligt (missing start of pre-season as he recovers from injury), Maguire (just signed new contract), as well as youngsters Yoro and Heaven, adding another central defender wouldn't seem the most obvious move, when need in other areas more acute.
