There is currently no agreement between Newcastle and Benjamin #Sesko — not even a principle one.#NUFC are in talks with the player’s camp, with RB Leipzig have not received an offer yet. The situation also depends on what happens with Alexander Isak.

I asked some pool fan friends if Liverpool outspend every other team in the world, are they "buying the league"?.
Nope...
It's only when City, United or Chelsea do it

I got the story that it's a rebuild because several players are aging etc... (City and Chelsea don't have that problem. Their players don't age or leave).
Then they brought up net spend over the past few seasons, so I pointed out that at one point in their opinion those other clubs started "buying the league".

They almost launched into the "we are different, we aren't British or English, we are Scouse...." Etc....

Then... They said you had to spend money, it's the only way to compete.
But Chelsea, City and United are not allowed do it Only Liverpool.

Go figure.
