There’s another one from Craig Hope’s absolute nightmare day yesterday where he turned himself into a contradictory laughing stock.

Newcastle are angered that we lowballed (£110 million is lowballing? ) a bid for a player who they tell us ISN’T for sale? How does that work? How are they remotely angry that a bid is too low when the player isn’t on the market?

L’pool have bottled it after one mamouth bid? I don’t even know where to start with that one.

Isak’s been lead down the garden path by us? When Isak is driving this whole transfer and will never play for Newcastle again. Down to how Newcastle have treated him with failed promises and non-existent, promised contract offers. All of which the very same Craig Hope has been tweeting about before yesterday’s cringe embarrasing about turn that smacked of Newcastle having a word with him to help them try save some face for messing this up SO badly to the point of no return for club and player.

Sorry Craig. The only bottler here is you and your flipping yesterday to utter, contradictory nonsense. Whilst we are sat as relaxed as we possibly could be knowing Isak, the man driving this, will never play for Newcastle again and holds ALL the cards in what happens next.

A matter of ‘when’ you get your replacements in and this is concluded. Not ‘if.’

Newcastle have made a formal bid to RB Leipzig for Benjamin Sesko.

The bid is €75 + €5m — which matches Leipzig’s valuation. (£65.5m + £4.3m)

NUFC have presented their vision to the Slovenian striker and made it clear they want the deal to happen.

Sesko is considering his situation with Manchester United also at the table. He is open to both projects. With
