Hello everybody!
I'm back with a new tactic, this time for FM2012.
Been focusing heavily on making a stable tactic that works just as fine home as away,
and really think I've managed it.
The Tactic:

Dumb me dont know how to get the picture bigger XD
But the tacitc is a 4-1-3-2 as I like to call it. Some might call it a 4-2-4.
Player Requirement:
Keeper: The best you could find, regular GK's skills.
Fullbacks: Pace, tackling, marking, decisions, crossing, stamina.
Centrebacks: Tackling, marking, positioning, determination, heading, agression.
Def.mc: Determination, strength, stamina, tackling, work rate, heading.
Central mc: Creativity, passing, work rate, first touch, stamina, tackling.
Wingers: Pace, acceleration, crossing, first touch, dribbling, flair.
Strikers: Finishing, composure, determination, off the ball, strength.
Have had some fantastic results with this tactic.

My top goalscorer with 15 goals in just 11 matches. And he is not class, 38 years old and not specific good.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Match Prep: Teamwork untill reached all fluild levels. Then use Defensive pos, or Attacking Movement. Depends on where you have your best players.
Set pieces: 3 players: stay back.
6 players: Lurk Outside.
And your best corner banger on: attack first post. (heading, bravery, jumping).
Set pieces are set to First Post.
Pitch size: Minimum.
Will upload more Screenshots later on.
Good luck everybody, and Enjoy. Remember to report back if it's working for you or not.
Cheers Tom-Erik
