The tactic

This tactic is based of Kenny Dalglish's 1980's Liverpool side which in my opinion is one of the greatest if not the best football sides of all times. It's based on a standard 4-4-2 formation.

The formation

The full-backs will be expected to push high up the pitch in order to support the midfield when in attack , the wide left midfielder will be the only out and out winger in the team due to the wide right midfielder filling in with the 2 central midfielders forming a 4-3-3 when in attack.

This formation is a perfect example.

Shouts

I personally hardly ever use shouts , I'd only recommend retain possession and pass into space if you're trying to contain a lead.

I hope you don't mind Raikan :)

Match preperation

Team cohesion - pre season

Defending - Tougher opposition

Opposition instructions
