Toni Silva and Anthony Limbombe

I got bot Silva and Limbombe on the cheap, but will either develop in 4 star players?

Well, technically there is no such thing as a "4 star player". Their star rating all depends on the club you are at, they players you currently have and a few other things such as reputation etc.

Toni Silva becomes a fairly good player, but I have never has Limbombe before.
