Anthony Annan 2.1-2.4m. Hard working DM, like moma sissoko.
Both are getting average 7.2-7.3 ratings for my West Ham team just finished the first season.
Also, i bought James Rodriguez i've seen him mentioned. Great buy tons of potential :)
 
Zdenek Pospech: FC Kobenhaven - £2.3million

Good right back with consistentcy and good attributes.A good buy if struggling in the full back position.
 
tore reginiussen got him for 1.2 million for celtic but can get him for free if u want to wait till december solid at the back and gets a few goals from corners got a hat trick againt motherwell
 
Henri Camera for free - got 39 goals for me in my first season for Derby
Richard Stearman for 1.4m - performed solidly for two seasons
Felipe Mattioni for 100k - After 2 seasons Sporting CP have offered 7.5m, great full back
Jermaine Pennant for 275k - Been great for my Derby team
And although it's slightly over 2.6m, Joe Hart for 2.6m - Great keeper for any premiership team really..

Verrati good young quality, at 16 years old you really cant get much better. Will usually sign for you at Championship level for about 500k. And still has room to improve.
 
Cristaldo 450k on loan with a 1.5m option to buy at the end hes banged in 6 goals in 5 games for my team in the Turkish league. Hes carrying my team at the moment.

all of the signings were for free- of course playing as charlton funds are limited! :p

if u want cheap players i recommend just going through the transfers for each league at the end of the season and search through the free transfers. it's a pain in the **** but u might find someone decent lol

Playing with Notts County in 3rd season in championship.. Ferrie Bodde 2.5 mil, Liedson 700k from man utd reserves, mantorras in 2nd season 600k from benfica, Angel from tenerife on a free in 1st season quality now scored 56 goals in 2 seasons so far, jason roberts 450k, Hayden mullins 600k in 2nd season, jonathon de Guzman on a free for 2nd season.. 3rd season for champ i signed Digao on a free from milan, R Elie for 30k from a low french side, Kevin Nolan 250k, Naughton, Wilshere and traore on loan. consecutive promotions as champions these players are insane for the championship and league 1. Plus for first 2 seasons: Lindpere, kosowski, sionko, hemandi, mifsud, stefanovic, peirre doumbe, skerla, asier the one who is(AM r/l) from spain, salif diao, marlon harewood. some are old but excellent for getting promotions for league 1&2 sides, and either dead cheap or free transfer.
 
Fabio Ceravolo is a decent striker, I think in the first season hes at loan from Reggina to Atalanta but they signed him for 1.1 million, Signed him for 2.5 million myself in 2011/12 season and he performed well for 3 seasons, 25 goals in his first season in the championship, 22 goals in his season in the premiership and 26 goals in his second season in the premiership, Cashed in on him at the start of my 3rd season in the premiership for 20 million so very good value.
